Save the Date for the DHS Strategic Industry Conversation V
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is hosting Strategic Industry Conversation V (SIC V) on October 24, 2019, at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Washington, D.C. This full-day event will provide an opportunity for industry to engage with DHS leadership and learn about mission-focused topics that span multiple Components affecting the DHS Unity of Effort initiative.
The event will include a keynote addresses from DHS Senior Official Performing the Duties of the Deputy Secretary David P. Pekoske and Admiral Charles Ray, Vice Commandant, United States Coast Guard. You will also hear from subject matter experts across the DHS enterprise on topics such as strategic priorities, innovation, risk management, operational initiatives, and more.

SIC V is part of Acquisition Innovations in Motion (AIiM). AIiM is a structure and framework for creating recurring and meaningful engagements with industry, and targeted acquisition initiatives designed to enhance the manner in which DHS does business. AIiM is an integral part of the Department’s Unity of Effort initiative, which seeks to make DHS greater than the sum of its parts.
